(sorry for the even worse quality then normal, I still need to get new batteries for my normal camera)

Hello lovelies.  I absolutely love what I'm wearing today it's a mix of all my recent purchases and I just love it to pieces.  It's really vibing what I want to dress like right now, although I do wish it was more summer so I could wear this with Levi's or a skirt...  Although, my hair and make up on the other hand, is not at all what I would like to be going for, therefore I've cropped it out in almost all of the photos.  You'll have to excuse me!

I bought this beautiful cardigan for £3 in a vintage/charity shop (I couldn't quite work out which it was!). I  spotted it just as I was leaving so it felt like fate... A dream come true after me searching for the perfect beautiful white knit cardigan for ever.  At last.  It's a similar story for the bag too, me and a friend were pouring through a Sue Ryder charity shop and she found it for me and I was well and truly made up.  It's so so gorgeous, it goes with literally everything.  It's so simple and yet so pretty, cute and sophisticated.  In love.

Today was a lovely day.  I went to see The Host this morning with my mum and was very pleased!   I was expecting it to be 100 times different to the book, like movies usually are.  But as Stephenie Meyer's book adapted movie's go, they don't get messed with too much.  Probably due to the millions of teenage girls (myself included) that would throw major hissy fits if it got changed.  Can you imagine the impact of millions of stroppy, hormonal teenagers hissy-fitting at the same time...?  Obviously not all are stroppy and hormonal, but I'm just generalising here.
After the film, we went for lunch at Jamie's which was so lovely.  I love that Jamie's does smaller portions for pasta and stuff, perfect size for lunch time!  Apart from that and my successful shopping trip, my half term has just been me working and sleeping.  What have you guys been up to?

OOTD 13.2.13

Blazer, belt - Primark/Jeans, Tee - Topshop/Necklace - H&M/Shoes - YesWalker

I love the simplicity of this outfit and I'm still really into monochrome.  It's definitely going to be one of my favourite trends for spring...but I'll have to inject some colour into my wardrobe somewhere.  Mind you, I'm pretty comfortable in my black and white style recently...need to 'spice' things up!

I've filmed a haul & an OOTD of this, so they should both be up soon.  But for the moment, I need to go and do things.  So, enjoy!

Beautiful Jeans

Jeans/Topshop, Jumper & Necklace/H&M, Jacket/Motel Rocks, Bag/Primark, Shoes/YesWalker

Day hello to my new beautiful jeans!  These babies are the Topshop Lacey jeans and I'm in love!  After my mum rudely got rid of my old boyfriend jeans, she kindly replaced them as a reward for saving up some money (after all, I'm terrible at it) and for just general reward for working so hard at school and what not.  Thank you, Mummy!
I've got so many outfits in mind and I can't wait to continue to style them up.  I was desperate to wear it with my graphic black and white tee from my last post, but I didn't want to over-wear it.  Rest assured, I'm sure you'll see it in a few weeks.  I'm also quite suprised with myself I haven't get posted my leather trousers and the tee as its been a go to outfit for me!  But, I'm sure that will also be up soon.

So, I've had this jumper for atleast a year, but I hardly ever wear it!  I think I will more...it feels very glamorous, I'm liking that little sparkle it gives the outfit.  Oh and that clutch!  I bought it today in town and it was £2 in Primark, how good?!  Couldn't resist.  Also got the coolest peplum jacket, that I may wear to a party tomorrow & a belt.  I'll do a haul soon!

Oh and I've finished my exams for a month or so, yay!  This meaning lots more blog posts, so,look out for them.

Lots of love

Ripped Trousers

Jumper/Vintage//Trousers/Topshop//Bag/Primark//Shoes/YesWalker//Faux Fur Stole/H&M//Chain Necklace/H&M//Lipstick/Topshop in Inhibition//

My day has consisted of maths and science revision, watching Austin Powers and falling over in the street.  Whilst falling over in the street, my beautiful pleather trousers ripped.  Sad sad times, but no worries and I fixed them with my sewing machine *party*.  Outfit photos were made possible!

Short post today as I'm off to do lots of Rarity work!  Love you guys.

Elle, The Stones and Velvet Distractions

Skirt/Made by Me//Shirt/Topshop//Jumper/New Look//Socks/Topshop/Shoes/YesWalker//Bag/Primark//Necklace/H&M

Today I made another skirt and this was the first thing I put together with it.  I liked it so didn't change, just tried to make it even more me with the accessories and shoes.  Like I said, I made the skirt this morning out of the crushed velvet I spoke about a few days ago.  It was pretty easy actually but the velvet is very thin so next time I might invest in the proper stuff.  I made it to be a midi length originally but I really like that it turned out so versatile  I can roll it up and it be normal length, pull it down and it be really long or if I really wanted I could pull it really high up and make a strap-less very short dress...mind you I probably won't be doing that one.  I've wanted something velvet in my wardrobe for ages and I didn't realise until now I have nothing bar a pair of leggings.  So yay!
I think I'm going to have so many outfits to wear with this skirt, whether I dress it up or down, so I'm in love!  Especially considering the ridiculously cheap cost at which it came to for such a key piece for the next few months.
I was going for a comfy, toned down, relaxed vibe but I still wanted to look suitable for any sort of occasion that might come my way.  If I was to go less dress-y (not that I think this is, but some people might do), I would change the flatforms and put on some boots or loafers and pull up the skirt to a more normal, just above knee length and maybe take off the shirt.  But yeah.

I'm in love with the shoes too!  They're from YesWalker, but I'm going to do a post on these very soon so I won't talk too much about them.  Obviously peep toes should go sock-less but in my opinion as a 15 year old, I can do what I like.  Besides from double denim (unless its in) and the other crucial fash rules.
I hope you don't mind the off-colours in the photos either, I tried to edit them all the same but strange lighting in each one made it impossible to make them all look the same!  So annoying.  But as you can see, I went a little far with the editing today as I'm doing everything possible to avoid revision.  Ugh, really should go and revise...Oh well!  I've also noticed that there's always random bits of crap in my room...Like the calculator on the floor by my shoe picture, the random gold thing under my bed... I'll have to start tidying up.

Oh and my Elle magazine has just come through the door...More distractions.  And my mum gave me The Stones 'Grr' album today.  I just want to sit and listen to it in a dreamlike state all day long.  Ok, wish me luck revising.

Shirt- Topshop, leggings - H&M, jacket - Miss Selfridge, wedges/flatforms - H&M, earrings - Dorothy Perkins, bag - Zara

So sorry I haven't posted in such a long time its my summer holidays so I've been super busy just chilling and having fun I'm loving it!  I'm finding it so scary being 15 now, so many of my mates are almost 16 and alot of my older friends are going to be 17 soon it makes me feel so old!  Where did my childhood go I feel so grown up :-(

Wore this outfit to a party at the weekend but I think it's casual enough for day time (despite wearing different shoes; couldn't quite face wearing flatforms to the corner shop!).  Anyway just a short post I hope to have more up soon, have a good day everyone!
