Valentine's Antics & Short Life Ramble

I'm late with my Valentine's post, but I've been major busy this week so I'll leave my excuses to the minimum of that extent.  For V day, I cooked Lewis and myself dinner then we just chilled out.  I won't elaborate, you can see it all from the pictures!

home made by me - chicken, bacon and pea risotto!

Yummy gooey in the middle chocolate puddings

My lovely gifts!

on to my outfit!

Dress - UO, Belt & Blazer - Primark, Shoes & necklace - Primark

A very lovely evening!  Although looking back I have no idea why I wore that, because I look absolutely terriblly rough!  I haven't the faintest why I didn't bother doing my hair nicer or sorting out my make up...  Ugh, forever unsatisfied.  Anyway...

I'm feeling truly dissapointed with my style recently.  It's getting more and more boring and same-y.  I need to go on a major shop, I think.  My style is crying out for some major exciting key pieces; namely some accessories and a few stunning pieces that aren't too ordinary.  I don't want to be stuck in a rut of boring clothes!  If you know where I can get some super cool pieces, let me know.
Especially since I've been reading through every single blogger's LFW posts, I've been feeling like an outsider.  Trust me, I tried to go to LFW but apparently my blog is not good enough at this point.  Lets try next season, eh?  Going to have fashtastic updates and replacements everywhere.
Okay.  I hope you're looking forward to it.

P.S I've had a haircut...When I asked for it to be cut bluntly and straight on the ends...I got 3 inches off.  I am certainly not happy, reversing all the efforts that it took me over the last year of growing it to the length it was but, I'll just have to rock it in a slightly different way.  Sure I can do it.

LOTS OF LOVE

New Years Resolutions

Happy New Year my lovelies!
Really quick post to say I hope you all had a fantastic evening doing whatever you did.
I don't like what I wore and I chose it in about 10 minutes flat as I was late and super rushed.  Sad times.  Nontheless 2013 is going to be a brilliantly dressed year for me (or as I hope)

So my resolutions!  I don't usually bother and if I do I don't stick to them but I'm going to try this year as things need to change.
- be more organised.  With everything.  Do list/plan out when I need to revise or do work & Rarity stuff.  This includes organising and planning outfits before going out so that I look decent...
- Dress better.  Put more effort in everyday, not just when I can be bothered
- Do more fashion-y things.  I want to be in the industry so I need to push myself into work experience, more blogging and every opportunity I get (and go to LFW!).
- To make Rarity fantastic
- Be a tad healthier (we all know this one needs to be thrown in!)
- Majorly focus on things - blogging, Youtube, Rarity.  Expect better blogging this year!

What are yours?  I've been generous and given myself lots.  Let hope we can all keep them!

#1 Smallish Stores: Pop Couture

So as part of my 'upping the game' and what not I've decided I'm going to do a feature on my blog of cool little stores that I have found, doesn't matter if they are web based or small independant shops; just small(ish) new(ish) brands/shops that all you guys may or may not have heard off.  I just thought it would be a really cool way of seeing into new brands and new shops without having to search too far and spend too much!  I know that I probably won't buy anything from the store I'm focusing on this month, purely because I am a 15 year old girl without a job and the only money I get is from my parents/family so I usually spend it on going out and what not.  But if I had a job and was older I would definitely order lots of things from Pop Couture as they have a huge variety of clothing, shoes and accessories.

1,2,3,4,5

These are just a few of the pieces I picked out, I could have chosen many, many more!  But I chose a few of my favourites for you guys to see and if you like head on over to Pop Couture.  I saw the lovely Rosie wearing the white shirt above in her post and knew they would be my style, so I checked it out and was extremely surprised about the cost & how cheap it was which is always a plus for anyone hard of cash ( like me!) and still have something very stylish and 'edgy'.
I also noticed that they sell a very wide range of clothing, targeting more than just the bloggers and the fash-pack after the grungy 90's look, but also for the modern party goers that need a sexy dress, cheap and fast.  Not to mention the amazing accessories they have on offer, that everybody and their mother would be able to find something they liked, no matter what your style!

I hope you've found this post helpful and you've found a cool new shop to head for whenever you're in need of some new bits.  What's great about small-ish stores aswell is that no one will know where it's from or remember what the website name was you've told them, so they can't go copying you like sometimes our annoying friends do!

I haven't been sponsored or anything for this post, I just wanted to get some new things out there and on my blog for you lovely readers.  Hope you all have a great day!
